Job Summary:
Excellent communication skills with the ability and patience to troubleshoot IT problems over the phone.


Duties:
Provide support for calls related to equipment located throughout our facilities and work with service providers to resolve issues that need on site technicians.
Provide support for all applications/hardware used in our retail locations.
Maintain and support the retail price book.


Responsibilities:
Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identify, research, and resolve problems on the first call.
Respond to all calls, email and personnel requests within the same day.
Escalate calls as needed.
Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and respond to user questions.
Work with external vendors.
Provide friendly and professional support.


Preferred Requirements:
Two–years of technical degree or equivalent, MCP certificate.
Two-years experience in help desk support (PC hardware and software).
Knowledgeable with Win 98, 2000 and XP.
Basic knowledge of network platforms.
Have good understanding of dialup, and broadband connection.
Willing to learn store applications such as PDI, Messenger, etc.
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
Candidate must be able to train, mentor and develop junior team members.
Candidate must be articulate in verbal and written communications.
Candidate must be a team player and be flexible to changing assignments and direction.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills


Special Requirements:
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and nightly on-call duties on rotating weeks





TECHNICIAN: FIELD SERVICE/GAS DISPENSERS/VERIFONE SYSTEMS /RUBY REGISTERS

Responsibilities
Must have experience in the following systems:

Ruby Registers
Verifone Systems
Pump and Tanks (mainly Gibarco but includes Wayne and Tolkiem Dispensers)
Valid driver's license
Proof of insurability
Good driving record
Good communication skills
Good work ethic
Availability to work late hours or weekends


Additional consideration for the following experience:
Electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC construction, gasoline & environmental working knowledge



Maintenance Supervisor



SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates activities of internal, external workers and service companies engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment; and in maintenance of buildings and grounds, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reviews job orders to determine work priorities through the automated dispatch system.

Prioritizes internal technicians work schedule to minimize retail operation downtime based on daily work orders received via email, text, phone, and the automated dispatch system.

Coordinates scope of work using automated dispatch system, and project tracking software.

Schedules repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment, coordinates with store operations to ensure projects do not interrupt store operations, are on schedule, and meet budget.

Coordinates activities of vendors and internal department personnel fabricating equipment and repair to improve or replace existing building facilities or equipment.

Directs, supervises maintenance personnel and work activities to insure a safe and uninterrupted retail environment for employees and customers.

Develops, inspects, and reviews preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.

Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.

Inspects and supervises equipment maintenance and replacement, construction jobs, and installations to conform to operational standards, and to ensure that replacement and repairs are warranted by outside contractors.

Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.

Reviews remodel and construction modifications and discusses equipment needs and modifications with outside contractors.

Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.

Estimates all non-contract service calls with a monetary value each month and enter into cost estimate worksheet.

Approves, rejects, and modifies invoices. Monitors and makes necessary corrective measures to meet expenses and budgets as required.

Responsible for procurement of new vendors and services that meet published standards.

Tracks inventory through equipment transfer forms and maintains equipment data base.

Rides stores to ensure policies followed, check for potential hazards, and identify service issues. Submits timely store ride reports and coordinates the completion of issues unresolved. 25%-50% rides scheduled.

Directs training and indoctrination of vendors and internal department personnel to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.

Confers with management, engineering, and internal/external personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of equipment and facilities.

Assists in preparation of department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.

Has a maximum CAPX responsibility of $15,000 per site.

Supervise facilities maintenance activities to ensure a safe working and shopping environment for employees and customers.

Other duties as assigned by Senior VP Market Development and/or Service Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Electrical & plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, commercial refrigeration, food service equipment, construction knowledge, petroleum equipment, and petroleum environmental working knowledge. Two to three years supervisory experience in the facilities management required. A four year college degree or comparable facilities maintenance experience preferred.
